Up-to-date information on the persons who control or exercise significant influence over SNCO «Simple Payment Solutions» (LLC) has been submitted to the Bank of Russia.
Under the decision of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Russia dated 19 December 2025, SNCO «Simple Payment Solutions» (LLC) is entitled not to disclose on its website, until 31 December 2026, information on the persons who control or exercise significant influence over the SNCO.

Review timeframes
A customer appeal is answered within 15 business days of its registration. This period may be extended by no more than 10 business days if additional documents and materials are required to consider the appeal on its merits.
The timeframes follow the applicable procedure for handling financial consumer appeals and the approaches described by the Bank of Russia.
